Below is a list of my favorite places to eat in East Nashville.
We had to stop here after seeing this on the Nashville episode of Somebody Feed Phil.
The crust burger was my favorite. If you like the crispy edges of a burger, you will probably love this too.
The joystick (chicken on a stick) was also very good! This was my daughter’s favorite.
Try to go at on off time to avoid long lines at Mas Tacos.
We tried almost all the tacos and they were all delicious. They also had tamales on the day we went. Yum!
Five Points Pizza dishes out New York style pizza (made to order or by the slice).
To avoid long waits, order online for carry out.
Five Daughters Bakery is a staple in Nashville. They are most known for their 100 layer donuts (cronuts).
They have a couple locations. We visited the East Nashville location which I’m guessing is less busy than the original location. Delicious!
Some of the donuts had filling which I think was a bit too much. Next time, I would ask for the ones without filling.

I was in search of some hot chicken in East Nashville, and Edley’s BBQ looked like one of my best options.
I loved their hot chicken sandwich!
This was my favorite breakfast spot in East Nashville. The coffee and food were both amazing.
I loved the muesli bowl with all the fresh berries. My kids enjoyed the apple ricotta pancakes (it’s a big order so they easily shared this).
We had breakfast for lunch at the Frothy Monkey in East Nashville.
I really liked the breakfast bagel sandwich and my oat milk latte hit the spot!
I like finding local coffee shops when traveling. Hanna Bee coffee was just what I was looking for!
There are plenty of fun things for kids to do in Nashville. I traveled here…
